Tomato Basil Chicken in Butter Sauce
This tomato basil chicken is full of flavor and topped with a light but tasty buttery sauce!
extra virgin olive oil
Pop & Cook crushed garlic
chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Add your oil to the pan at medium heat.
While the oil is heating up, chop up your tomatoes and basil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove chicken from the heat.
Add the chopped tomatoes, basil, Pop & Cook garlic cubes, and the butter to the pan and give it a little stir. Turn down the heat, season with salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes.
Place the chicken on a plate, top with the buttery tomato basil sauce. Add some grated parmesan cheese on top. Serve with your choice of side, and enjoy!
