I can’t believe Thanksgiving is already over! We had such an amazing day just the three of us, all cooking and baking together. And now onto eating delicious leftovers for an entire week. One of my favorite dishes to make every year is pie. We always do pumpkin pie and my husband had a request this year for pecan pie. Originally this scared me as I know pecan pie usually calls for corn syrup and lots of refined sugar, both things I like to stay away from when baking. I definitely came up with something delicious and you would never have been able to tell I substituted both of those ingredients out for healthier options.
The Seals for Good campaign has expanded to support those in Califronia affected by the wildfires.
