Once you become a parent, there are so many things to worry about. I spend the majority of my time making sure my toddler has everything she needs, is healthy, safe, and happy. One of the things I never even thought to worry about was the air quality in our home. We have always had traditional tower fans in our bedrooms as we like it cold at night, and I did clean them out often, but I could never keep up with all of the dust and pet hair inside. My toddler and I had been waking up every morning with stuffy noses for months, and I didn’t put two and two together and realize it correlated to our tower fans until we got our Dyson. I have always wanted a Dyson fan so when they offered to send me their new Dyson Pure Cool Link air purifier, I jumped at the chance.
The Pure Cool Link removes 99.97% of allergens and pollutants from the air in your home. It captures ultra-fine particles from the air including pollen, bacteria, cleaning solvents, and pet dander. Unlike most air purifiers, this one is also a fan, and works way better than any we have used before. The fan settings can be controlled from the remote or from your phone. I love the app as my husband always keeps the remote on his nightstand and if I wake up cold in the middle of the night, I can just grab my phone and turn the fan down. One of the coolest features to me is that it automatically monitors the air in your home, and you can view the air quality from the Dyson app.
We have been waking up stuffy nose free ever since we started using the Dyson, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. I love that the design is minimal, so it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb like most other tower fans or air purifiers. It is also much safer for children as there are no blades or grills. I just set it on a timer and it turns on at bedtime on quiet mode, then runs through the night. Most importantly, I love knowing my toddler will be breathing clean and pure air as she sleeps.
