I have been craving healthier foods and this recipe is my favorite.
Unfortunately you can only have tuna once a week when pregnant,
otherwise I would literally eat this every single day.
Makes 4 servings
1 1/2 cups diced cucumber.
2 cans of chunk light tuna packed in water and drained. (I prefer the tuna that comes in bags)
2 1/2 cups of macaroni pasta, cooked and drained.
2 Tbsp lowfat mayo.
1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt.
Juice from 1 lemon.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients and try not to devour the entire bowl!
